Discover the scientist within at Sipping Science with Let’s Talk Science

Media are invited to attend Sipping Science with Let’s Talk Science, an informal opportunity for the general public to discuss current scientific issues with leading researchers as part of Science Rendezvous.

WHEN: Saturday, May 8 from 6-8 p.m.

WHERE: Starbucks at Chapter’s in Stoneroad Mall, 435 Stone Road West Guelph

WHAT: Scientists Chris Langley, MSc candidate, University of Guelph, Adam Zuiani, laboratory technician, University of Guelph, and Richard Manderville, chemistry professor, University of Guelph, will be on hand at Starbucks to engage customers in lively discussion about scientific issues that are currently in the news, or about their own research. Their areas of expertise include microbiology, biochemistry, organic chemistry and toxicology.
