Educator

Welcome Teachers!
There
are many ways that you can be involved in Let's Talk Science:
-
A volunteer university student can come to your class to provide hands-on activities and talk
about their research. We have student volunteers in biology,
chemistry, physics, engineering, psychology and computer science.
-
You can bring your
students to UNB for custom lab tours or to view specialized equipment
like a seismograph, flumes, mass spectrometers etc.
-
A volunteer researcher
can mentor students in your class for science fairs and projects..
-
You can coordinate
a workshop for your entire school and a group of Let’s Talk Science
volunteers will facilitate the workshop and provide all the materials
(example: biotechnology).
-
If you are a middle
school teacher, you can register a team and help them prepare for the
2011 All Science Challenge.
